Top4 Strategic Modules of SGO

SGO Solution Suite has four (4) main components to help business people, business operation team and IT team to work efficiently. The basic business relationship model of SGO suite is "Community Concept". A community consists of an anchor banking client and many members with their own structure and financial schemes, such as an anchor with many suppliers and/or distributors/sales agents/dealers/members.

A community can use a single financial scheme or multiple different financial schemes, for example a community A uses only the supplier financing scheme for all members while a community B uses the distributor financing schemes for its direct members and TopUp schemes for indirect members.

A community can have a very complex financial schemes since many members of the community might have different requirements for their financial need.

To make a complex business community easier to manage SGO offers three strategic business workbenches:

1. SGO Studio

It is a workbench for business people and business operation team to build business communities and associate them with available financial schemes. SGO has more than 20 financial schemes based on cash and loan, such as Topup, Escrow, Discount model and Supplier Financing, Distributor Financing, Disconto model.

With the SGO Studio, business people and business operation team can work less dependent on the IT programming team, because the SGO Studio is a high level business tool without/ less programming diciplines

2. SGO+

Business Value: Automatic Community Acquisition

SGO+ t is a business agent injected into the banking clients's ERP systems. The kit guarantees a quick implementation for ERP - Banking System Integration via SGO framework. From the business point of view the SGO+ gives the business value for a mass community acquisition.

There are 3 types of SGO+:

  • quick SGO+

This agent is injected into the website (e-commerce) of the banking client. There is no further integration effort needed. Typical implementation time is 30mins.

  • front SGO+

This agent is injected into the website (e-commerce) of the banking client. It must be integrated with the website (e-commerce) engine of the banking client. Typical implementation time is 2 days.

  • Reconcil SGO+

This agent is injected into the website (e-commerce) of the banking client. It must be integrated with the website (e-commerce) engine and the backend ERP of the banking client. Typical implementation time is 5 days.

3. SGO Live!

Business Value: Inter-Bank Business Document Flow for B2B Financial Supply Chain

 SGO Live! makes a communication channel between banks to support the following data flows:

a. business objects flow, such as Invoice, Purchase Order etc

A business object is required before a payment instruction from a bank to another banks is executed. SGO Live! adds a new dimension in the banking switching industry. It builds a smart business process into the banking switching business

b. money flow.

It is the traditional banking switching. The money flow is only possible if the business objects e,g Invoice is embadded into the money flow instruction.

SGO Live! has a built-in engine for Account Receivables and Account Payables Reconciliation.

Another feature of SGO Live! is so called "Inter-Banks Community Model". A community can have several members which are spread out into multiple banks.

4. SGO e-wallet ( kocekutm )

SGO e-wallet (kocekutm) is a digital structure of our physical wallet and can consists all financial instruments that we have in our physical wallet such as credit cards, debet cards, topup account, e-money, e-gift, e-discount, e-membership card etc.

In the SGO concept, an individual’s bank account is usually linked to the e-wallet. They might also have their driver’s license, health card, loyalty card(s) and other ID documents stored on the smartphone.

The e-wallet of SGO has both an application and information component. The applicaton provides security and encryption for the personal information and for the actual transaction. SGO stores the e-wallets on the client side as well as on the server side. They are easily self-maintained and fully compatible with most e-commerce Web sites. Server-side digital wallets are gaining popularity among major retailers due to the security, efficiency, and added utility it provides to the end-user, which increases their enjoyment of their overall purchase.

The information component is basically a database of user-inputted information. This information consists of your shipping address, billing address, payment methods (including credit card numbers, expiry dates, and security numbers), and other information.

SGO target for e-wallet is the group of unbankable people, who still dont have any bank account at a particular bank institution (but they might have a bank account at any other bank).
