PT. Square Gate One was established

Providing Financial Supply Chain and Digital Banking solutions for banks.

2012

PT Pembayaran Lintas Usaha Sukses (ESPAY) was founded

Focused on Payment Service Provider (PSP) solutions under the name Espay Payment Gateway. (Spin-off from Square Gate One)

2017

PT Mitra Pembayaran Elektronik (SALDOMU) was established

Focused on Electronic Money, ORIS Payment, and Payment Service Agent Network.

2018

ESPAY CDD (Customer Due Diligence) module was launched

A tool for AML and compliance monitoring

ESPAY received a license from Bank Indonesia

As a regulated Payment Gateway and Electronic Wallet provider.

2019

ESPAY CDD registered with OJK Sandbox

For regulatory testing and innovation.

2020

SALDOMU obtained licenses from Bank Indonesia

As an Electronic Money, Fund Transfer, and Financial Services Provider.

ESPAY CDD was rebranded to SIJITU

2021

License conversion by Bank Indonesia

Upgraded to Category 2: Payment Initiation and/or Acquiring Services.

SALDOMU received a new license
